Guys are trying, you can see that you can rely on them. The staff is polite, explain everything, help. And there are decent cafes nearby, you won't go hungry. And yes, Sobha Harbor II is SOBHA, and these guys know their business. So I hope that in time they will take into account the opinion of customers and correct something. After all, when you go out on the balcony and see the view of the harbor, the heart stops - beautiful, there is nothing to say. And there is a lot of greenery around, it pleases the eye. Plus, they promise that they will be finalizing the project, improving it, so maybe, in time, the walls will be tightened and noise insulation will be improved. In general, Sobha Harbor II is like a restaurant with an exquisite menu, but where the food is served on paper plates. There's potential, you can see they've tried, but so far I wouldn't say it's the best investment.
