Добрый день! Пришла забрать 300 грн. на Ак. Королёва 65. Отстояла очередь. Потребовали паспорт. Было только пенсионное удостоверение и приложение в телефоне. Отказали, потому что без паспорта. С каких пор пенсионное это не документ.
