The worst experience i`ve ever had
I want to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service I received with my family during the stay in your hotel Club Med Grand Massif Samoens Morillion from 31.12.23 till 07.01.24 where we have been planning to enjoy our family holidays. Our holiday started with problems getting into our rooms and continued until the end of our stay. In the hotel, all employees are completely indifferent to the problems of guests, I think that it shouldn`t be the normal in a hotel of such level. And nobody talked English on reception, saying they should speak French. People, who works on the reception are totally hating guests. They are not doing anything to help guests to solve their problems. Moreover, we ask you to take action against a hotel employee named Sylvio. On the day of check-in, he was directly involved in receiving guests and showed his lack of professionalism and ignorance of the minimum basics of service. This employee yelled at me, raised his voice and brought me to tears. This employee Sylvio answered me in very rude way ans shouted at me using rude words, sware words and told to his colleague the phrase: « Look at this stupid girl!» Yelling at a girl who is a nursing mother with three children - is this the norm in a hotel of this level?.. I cried a lot that night and still I am under impressed. As a result, my vacation is ruined, I think about this situation all the time and because of this I started to have stress and problems with lactation. However, we will never come back here and I`ll never advice this hotel to my friends. I look forward to receiving a response. Yours faithfully. Nina Abramovych.
