Приобретая квартиру в одном из ЖК Дубая через агентство, я шел на риск, надеясь на слова менеджера о том, что инвестиции увеличатся на 30% через 3 года. На тот момент это звучало заманчиво, и я решил вложиться. 😌 Но вот прошло три года, и реальность оказалась не такой радужной. Вместо обещанных 30% я смог получить лишь 10%. At first, yes, there were disappointments: the house has already been completed, but there was still construction around. Noise, dust, dirt - it was not easy.
